Jessica Zhao
Jessica represents clients in patent litigation matters.
Jessica clerked for the Hon. Raymond T. Chen at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit from 2023 to 2024. She earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she received the Dean’s Award for Community Leadership. Jessica also served as editor-in-chief of the Harvard Journal of Law and Technology and participated in the Cyberlaw Clinic and the Health Law & Policy Clinic.
Prior to law school, Jessica worked as a patent agent at a patent prosecution firm. Before that, she earned an M.S. and B.S. degree in electrical engineering, with a minor in computer science, from Columbia University.
Jessica is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
