Jacob M. Berman

Jacob has represented patent clients in federal district courts, and his practice covers a range of technical areas, including pharmaceuticals and software applications. Jacob has also engaged in a range of pro bono work, including voting rights, freedom of speech, and criminal justice matters. 

Jacob received his J.D. from Boston University School of Law magna cum laude where he was a member of the Journal of Science and Technology Law. Jacob received his bachelor’s degree from Washington and Lee University magna cum laude where he was a recipient of the Washington Family Descendants Scholarship.
