Hayley LeBlanc represents clients in patent litigation matters before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) and federal district courts.

Previously, Hayley was a judicial law clerk at the PTAB, where she assisted Administrative Patent Judges in AIA trials. She also detailed in the Office of the Undersecretary and Director at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, working on Director Review cases and policy matters.

Hayley received her B.S. in Neuroscience and Psychology, from Drake University and her J.D. from Tulane Law School, where she served as the Editor of Chief of the Tulane Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property.
