Bernard B. Pound
Litigation Case Manager/Trial SpecialistBernie is an attorney with more than 20 years of experience managing complex intellectual property litigations at AMLAW 200 firms including more than 30 trials and dozens of preliminary injunction, summary judgment and Markman hearings. He also has extensive experience with international arbitrations and matters before the International Trade Commission and the Patent Trial and Appeals Board. Prior to joining Groombridge Wu, Bernie managed his own civil litigation practice in upstate New York.
Bernie’s pro bono experience includes managing death penalty appeals with the Virginia Capital Defenders and election observation with Organizing for Action and the New York Democratic Lawyers Council.
Bernie earned his B.A. from the University at Buffalo and his J.D. from Hofstra University Law School. Bernie is currently pursuing an L.L.M. in Intellectual Property at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
