Partner Megan Raymond spoke on a panel at the opening day of the PTAB Bar Association’s Annual Conference in Washington, D.C. At a session on “Current Issues Before the PTAB,” Megan and a panel of elite practitioners spoke on a range of topics focused on the impacts of the new presidential administration and reductions in force at the PTAB.

The PTAB Bar Association’s annual conference brings private practitioners and in-house counsel together with jurists from federal District Courts, the Court of Federal Claims, the USPTO, and the U.S. International Trade Commission to explore PTAB-related topics.

Megan was just recognized as one of the top 50 women in PTAB trials for the third consecutive year. The PTAB Bar Association Annual Conference was held on March 19-21 at the Ritz-Carlton in Washington, DC, and Megan became the Association’s President-Elect at the close of this meeting.
