Partner Jennifer Rea Deneault has been named in the 2024 Benchmark Litigation’s 40 & Under list, which recognizes the nation’s most notable up and coming litigation attorneys.
Jenna was also recently recognized as a future leader in patent litigation in the 2024 Lawdragon 500 X – The Next Generation List, as well as shortlisted for the US Rising Star – Intellectual Property category of the LMG Life Sciences Americas Awards.
Jenna has over a decade of experience litigating patent infringement cases in trial and appellate courts. She serves clients in a range of technical areas from small molecules to software. Before becoming a patent attorney, Jenna was a patent examiner at the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office and clerked in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
